The Supreme Court is Set to Gut The Voting Rights Act — Again

This term the Supreme Court will make a decision in Merrill v. Milligan — a case that could give he Court’s right-wing supermajority the opportunity to strike down yet another core provision of the Voting Rights Act and open the floodgates to racial gerrymandering of congressional maps.
